NEW JUNIOR PLAYERS - incentives to find new hockey players

OUR JUNIOR PLAYERS - FINDERS FEE! As you all know, we are in real need of more Juniors (particularly Boys) for our club. This is quite an issue across NZ, therefore this season we are implementing the following (given it is really hard to get into schools to take sessions due to Covid). To incentivise our club members to find some Juniors (up to and including Year 8) players to join the club, we are offering up to $100 off your subs for any new to hockey players you bring to the club.

REDDOS RUN TO REMEMBER: Sunday 20th February

REDDOS RUN TO REMEMBER: Sunday 20th February For the last decade, Sport Canterbury have hosted a Run to Remember to honour the lives lost and affected by the 2011 Christchurch Earthquakes. However, this event won’t be returning in 2022.  Each year, Reddos have supported and run this event in honour of club stalwart Amanda Hooper and her family. We have been honoured to be a part of the Run to Remember for the last decade and as an event close to our heart, we will be continuing this tradition

Canterbury Hockey My Vaccine Pass Requirement

Canterbury Hockey My Vaccine Pass Requirement Canterbury Hockey has made the decision to now operate with the ‘My Vaccine Pass required’ approach across all Canterbury Hockey venues, events, and competitions so we can protect our hockey community and best delivery our sport. This includes the entire CHA Community over the age of 12 years and 3 months old (as per the government framework). This includes all players, coaches, managers, umpires, officials, spectators, staff & volunteers.
