Kia ora junior coaches and managers for 2022
Firstly, welcome to the club for all of the new faces, and welcome back to another season for all of our familiar faces. We really appreciate the time and effort you put into our club, and opportunities that this provides all of our junior players. We could not roll the season out without your help, so thank you.

There was a lot of information shared, and also a few of you who were unable to make it to the meeting, so all of the information that was discussed is attached through the following links and will be loaded under the juniors tab on the website for your reference;

2022 Information
Training sessions and Covid flexibility
This year more than ever we are going to need to come together and tap into our club community to get through any shortages in team numbers and coaches who find themselves out due to illness. This is part of the reason that we have decided to operate training sessions with a more squad-based approach. At each training session we have multiple teams practicing, and our plan is for these teams to work together for part of the session, and break up in to individual teams for part of the session. This allows the players to become more familiar with other teams in their grade, and also allows all of teams to benefit from the depth of knowledge we have in our coaches. In the event that we have coaches out with covid, it also allows us to help cover team practices.
Please encourage your team to notify managers as soon as they can if they are unwell to allow us to find subs if necessary. Please also encourage your team to make themselves available to play for other teams if required, extra game time is a fantastic opportunity for development.
Draw
The draw can be found via your player HQ account, or through Canterbury Hockey Association's website here under the tab 'competitions', then drop down tab 'draws and results'.
Team Information
You all should have received a link to a google doc spreadsheet for your specific teams, containing all of your team's information. If you have not received this, please let us know.
Player HQ
Managers, please remember to follow up that all of your team has registered with Player HQ. You will be able to see who has not completed the registration, as the player will have a green cell with the numeral 1 in it in column A on the team google doc spreadsheet.
