- HOW TO LOGIN AS AN OFFICIAL - Coaches and Managers
- VIEW TEAM MEMBERS AND ADD PLAYERS
- EMAIL TEAM MEMBERS - This uses all the email addresses provided by the team member (player and/or Reddos manager/coach). **Note**You won't be able to see the actual email addresses, but the secretary can create a report for you**
- The secretary can see if the email was opened and the date it was opened
- You can send to specific team members by unselecting members within the group e.g. if you wanted to email the Defenders only).
- We can provide you with the latest team contact information, just email reddos.secretary@gmail.com
- DOWNLOAD LIST OF TEAM MEMBERS Download a list of team members in either a CSV (spreadsheet format) or pdf format. ** If you want a list including contact details, contact Secretary reddos.secretary@gmail.com or Chris (who are Reddos Website Admins)

LOGGING IN AS A COACH, MANAGER or CARLTON REDCLIFFS ADMIN -There are 2 types of website login options depending on your reason.
LOGIN details -To request your login details .CLICK HERE

2. ADMIN/ Trial organiser or selector or Coach etc "For admins" (bottom left hand corner)- click for link to home page
-You "should" have received an email that looks like the one below Carlton Redcliffs Hockey Club: Officials access - as we added you as an "official" for a Team or Trial (in the website these are called GROUPS or EVENTs).

N.B. Sometimes if you have a Gmail address they might end up in the "Updates" Gmail folder, rather than the primary folder.
TEAM [GROUPS] INFORMATION - Groups= Teams or lists of Goalkeepers, committee members.
TEAM LIST (Admin view after logging in)
VIEW TEAM MEMBERS- ADD PLAYERS to TEAM = edit Group - Add members including players, coaches, managers
[] TEAM LIST We have created a Team list and have hopefully sent you a spreadsheet of all the membership details that your players have entered to date.
[] ADDITIONAL email addresses or information please let me know. The Carlton Redcliffs website and database stores information about Registered Members and you can view, email, download lists or add players or "officials" (manager, co-coach etc) your team details and email your team from the database.
