HOW TO ENTER MULTIPLE PEOPLE ON ONE PHONE:

1. "Click here for manual sign-in" 

2. Click "Update details"

3.   Enter person's details and "Save"                                   

4.   "Add another person"  to enter more details and "Save"     

CHA requires IDME records for every practice and game for ALL hockey participants, coaches, managers and officials.   Canterbury Hockey will be responsible for providing detailed information to Public Health if requested. iDME venue codes:

Carlton Redcliffs request that Managers:

1.  Keep a recorded list of all players, manager and coach attending a practice or game. 

2.  Ensure all players are entered into IDME or whatever Turf venue system is being used, recording whoever has attended a practice or game on IDME. This may be challenging for individual players especially juniors to record (who don't have phones). 

3.  Government Tracing app - Remind individuals need to use the Government Tracing app to record own movements.  These will be displayed at each venue -Click for details including downloading the app
