COVID UPDATE JUNIORS PLAYING THIS WEEKEND!!!

JUNIOR HOCKEY  - ALL JUNIORS ARE PLAYING HOCKEY THIS WEEKEND!:)  The junior draws for this weekend are now live on the CHA website and we have got all grades back playing again.
More information around satellite venue guidelines will be updated by CHA thursday. @19 August.

Kia ora Carlton Redcliffs families, coaches and managers

ALL PLAYERS, FAMILY MEMBERS, COACHES, SUPPORTERS AND MANAGERS et al ARE REQUIRED TO DO THE FOLLOWING THINGS:

1.  CONTACT TRACING AND RECORDING. This is compulsory, CHA are reviewing the data and noted last week that a number of participants did not sign in.   They will be responsible for providing detailed information to Public Health if requested. PLEASE SIGN IN so everyone can keep playing hockey!

 

(A).  Team Managers have been asked to record a list of all players, supporters, family members, manager and coach attending a practice or game AT ALL VENUES including Redcliffs, St Marks, St Margarets and Rangi Ruru.  As we have all players and their family members, managers, coaches details in our database then a list of names will suffice.  However please note the name, phone and address of any person who is not connected to the Reddos club.

**Managers** please can you take a screenshot of this list and either text to 027 249 2285 or email it through to reddos.secretary@gmail.com

**Players, supporters and family members.  If you are at a practice venue please make sure that the manager has your name and contact details.  

 

(B)Turf tracing systems - Team Managers will ensure all players are entered into the tracing system required by that Turf venue.

**PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE SEVERAL DIFFERENT SETS OF SYSTEMS AND REQUIREMENTS, please familiarise yourself with the turfs you attend**

(C)    Government COVID QR code - Where there is a Government QR code displayed individuals are responsible for using the Goverment COVID Tracing app to record their own individual movements. -Click for details including downloading the app

 

2.   HYGIENE AND CLEANING - Please sanitise hands on arrival AND departure.  Maintain hygiene including washing hands, elbow sneezing and coughing.  Team managers have club hand sanitiser to use.

 

3.   ARRIVE ON TIME TO PRACTICE AND LEAVE STRAIGHT AWAY

 

4.   SPECTATORS  - TBC  Information above based on weekend games 15 August.  Once we have received an update from CHA we will update our website news section and in our weekly "REDDOS IN ACTION" email

5.   ALL PEOPLE maintain 2 metre distancing from members of public

6.  People who are unwell must stay at home

7.  100 people gatherings in a defined space.  This means that we have multiple groups of 100 across turf spaces, but we stop the groups from intermingling or sharing common facilities.

8.  Changing rooms closed until future notice

 

KEY MESSAGE- HOCKEY CAN CONTINUE AS LONG AS WE FOLLOW THESE RULES.  Clubs are being required to confirm that they are following the rules.  Any questions please contact the club on either reddos.secretary@gmail.com or 027 249 2285.  The first priority is to ensure that hockey can continue safely and within the guidelines outlined by the Government.

Carlton Redcliffs request that Managers:

1.  Keep a recorded list of all players, manager and coach attending a practice or game. 

2.  Ensure all players are entered into IDME or whatever Turf venue system is being used, recording whoever has attended a practice or game on IDME. This may be challenging for individual players especially juniors to record (who don't have phones). 

3.  Government Tracing app - Remind individuals need to use the Government Tracing app to record own movements.  These will be displayed at each venue -Click for details including downloading the app
