Junior Practices still on!

JUNIOR PRACTICE INFORMATION @ 17 AUGUST
 

JUNIOR PRACTICES ARE STILL ON BUT REQUIRE ALL PLAYERS, FAMILY MEMBERS, COACHES AND MANAGERS TO DO THE FOLLOWING THINGS:

1.  CONTACT TRACING AND RECORDING. This is compulsory, CHA are reviewing the data and noted last week that a number of participants did not sign in.   as they will be responsible for providing detailed information to Public Health if requested. PLEASE SIGN IN so everyone can keep playing hockey!

 

a).  Team Managers have been asked to record a list of all players, manager and coach attending a practice or game AT ALL VENUES including Redcliffs, St Marks, St Margarets and Rangi Ruru. 

If you are at a practice venue please make sure that the manager has your name and contact details.

 

b).  Turf tracing systems - Team Managers will ensure all players are entered into the tracing system required by that Turf venue.

c)   Where there is a Government app displayed use the Government Tracing app to record your own individual movements. -Click for details including downloading the app

 

2.   HYGIENE AND CLEANING - Please sanitising hands on arrival AND departure.  Maintain hygiene including washing hands, elbow sneezing and coughing.  Hand sanitiser will be issued to each team manager tomorrow.

 

3.   ARRIVE ON TIME TO PRACTICE AND LEAVE STRAIGHT AWAY

 

4.   SPECTATORS for games - TBC  Once we have received an update from CHA we will update our website news section and in our weekly "REDDOS IN ACTION" email

5.   ALL PEOPLE maintaine 2 metre distancing from members of public

6.  People who are unwell must stay at home

7.  100 people gatherings in a defined space.  This means that we have multiple groups of 100 across turf spaces, but we stop the groups from intermingling or sharing common facilities.

8.  Changing rooms closed until future notice

 

KEY MESSAGE- HOCKEY CAN CONTINUE AS LONG AS WE FOLLOW THESE RULES.  Clubs are being required to confirm that they are following the rules.  Any questions please contact the club on either reddos.secretary@gmail.com or 027 249 2285.  The first priority is to ensure that hockey can continue safely and within the guidelines outlined by the Government.
