MESSAGE FROM OUR CLUB PATRON PETER OAKES To  President Caleb Ballin and the Carlton Redcliffs Hockey Club  administration,   

I would like to express my very great delight and appreciation for the recent presentation to me of a club jacket. It was a complete surprise and so all the more appreciated  by an old hockey follower.   I shall wear it proudly, especially when the winter weather demands rugging up.

Carlton Redcliffs teams are noted for their style of hockey and the manner in which they play. I shall continue to watch CR teams in the hope they will continue in this manner, while also being successful.

The attitude of the club committee is also reflected in its achievement in recently being awarded the Hockey NZ Club Of the Year accolade. Congratulations!. Keep it up!
