Fun Sticks Hockey - Years 1 & 2

The Fun Sticks program is designed by Canterbury Hockey and delivered by clubs for children in years 1 & 2. This is a fantastic program for children to develop their hockey skills before they reach year 3 when the Saturday competition begins. 

The emphasis is on having fun, and developing fundamental skills- running, dodging, and striking.

Older children who have not previously played hockey but would like to try are also welcome. 

Hockey sticks will be provided, however children will need a mouthguard and shinpads.

Please ensure your child is registered for Fun Sticks, so that we can communicate any changes or cancellations.
