Matt Ling appointed Prem Women’s coach

Exciting news for the Carlton Redcliffs Premier Women's team! The club has just announced the appointment of Matt Ling as their new Head Coach for the 2025 season. Matt will be assisted by Ata de Goldi. This is a significant move, and we couldn't be more thrilled to see what Matt and Ata bring to the table.

Matt Ling comes with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. His coaching journey has been nothing short of impressive. Matt has been instrumental in shaping teams and leading them to victory. His coaching career has been marked by numerous successes and a strong, competitive spirit. Matt has had success at the high school level, senior club(3x women’s champion, 5x men’s champion as a player/coach), Canterbury junior representative teams, Southern NHL Women, as well as stints in Germany and Malaysia.

But what makes Matt's appointment even more exciting is his move from our rivals, Harewood. This transition is sure to add an extra layer of excitement and anticipation for the upcoming season. Matt's deep understanding of the game, strategic mindset, and ability to inspire players will undoubtedly be a huge asset to the Carlton Redcliffs Premier Women's team.
